Shipping & Returns

FOR PAPER GOODS

We can only accept returns or exchanges on paper goods if they are in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

  • We cannot accept returns on notebooks that have been written in, smudged, or have bent pages.

  • If your item arrived sealed in plastic or a protective box, it must remain unopened.

FOR CUSTOM AND LIMITED EDITIONS

  • The Ex-Libris Embosser: Because each embosser plate is custom-made to order with your personal initials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on this item unless there is a mechanical manufacturing defect.

  • The "Lot" Series: Our Lot objects are found pieces with their own unique grain, patterns, or patina. Slight variations in color or texture are part of their character, not a defect, and are final sale.

FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great care in packaging your orders (especially our paper goods, which don't like the rain). However, if your order arrives damaged, bent, or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it.

Send a quick note and a photo to hello@clover.shop so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at hello@cloverstationery.com with your Order Number and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely (please reuse our packaging if possible to keep it safe during transit).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or store credit within 3–5 business days.
