Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
We try to pack and dispatch orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please email us at hello@cloverstationery.com within an hour of placement. Once an order has been handed over to our courier, we unfortunately cannot alter it.

Why is the Ex-Libris Embosser limited to 20 units a month?
Our embossers are heavy-duty, personal tools machined from 0.5kg of solid stainless steel. To ensure the absolute precision and quality of the custom plate mechanism, we limit our production to small monthly runs. If the current month’s batch is exhausted, you can sign up for our waitlist to be notified the moment the next 20 slots open.
How do I provide my initials for the custom embosser?
At checkout, you will see a "Notes" section. Please fill this out with your chosen initials (2-3 initials only). We kindly ask you to double-check your spelling, as custom plates are final sale.
What makes the "Lot" Series unique?
Lot is our ongoing series of found objects collected during travels. Because these items are sourced from small markets, independent workshops, or utilize deadstock materials, they are unique. No two pieces are identical in grain, color, or patina.
Will the 7 x 9 Book Sleeve fit my tablet?
While designed primarily for A5 notebooks and trade paperbacks, the zipperless suede sleeve is a comfortable fit for smaller digital tablets, such as an iPad Mini.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to desks all over the Philippines. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I send an order as a gift?
We would be delighted to help with that. All Clover orders arrive wrapped neatly in tissue paper, but if you want to include a specific handwritten note, simply type your message into the "Notes" section at checkout. We will omit the pricing invoice from the package.
